Plan details & sources
Checked September 23, 2026. Features are not necessarily included in each provider’s entry plan. A check indicates availability, not unlimited usage or identical functionality.
ServiceTitan also offers Marketing Pro and AI Voice Agent. Before adding SalesOS, compare those options with the gaps you actually need to address.
First inquiry: Call booking is listed in core packages. AI Voice Agent is separately purchased and configured for booking. Source
Estimate to payment: Invoicing is listed across packages; mobile estimates and payroll features vary by package. Source
After the job: Marketing Pro supports campaigns and reputation tools. Confirm purchased modules, channels, and usage in the quote. Source
Lead sources & calls: Campaign phone numbers and marketing attribution tools are documented. Confirm the reporting and Pro scope you need. Source
Setup & support: Implementation and ongoing service scope should be documented in your proposal. No universal setup fee is quoted here. Source
Connecting tools: ServiceTitan has a partner marketplace. Approved access, permissions, and the actual data handoff must be checked. Source
SalesOS: Feature access and configuration are included in the current offer. Dispatch and specialized technician operations should remain in field-service software. Plan details · Usage rates

Before you decide
Good questions.
Straight answers.
Can SalesOS replace ServiceTitan’s field operations?
SalesOS is not a like-for-like replacement for ServiceTitan dispatch, pricebooks, technician workflows, or package-specific payroll and reporting tools. If your team relies on those, evaluate SalesOS for a defined website, AI response, or follow-up need while keeping your operational requirements central.
Does ServiceTitan have its own AI call answering?
Yes. ServiceTitan offers a separately purchased and configured AI Voice Agent. SalesOS includes inbound AI feature access and setup, with metered usage additional. Compare each option using your service area, availability, booking rules, and human handoff needs. Neither a feature name nor an AI label establishes the same setup.
Would I still need SalesOS if I have Marketing Pro?
Not necessarily. Marketing Pro supports campaigns, reputation tools, and marketing reporting, depending on the purchased scope. Start with the workflows you already have. SalesOS is worth evaluating when you want its website, AI, and follow-up setup for a specific gap, not simply because both products have marketing features.
Can SalesOS connect to our existing ServiceTitan account?
Compatibility must be confirmed for your account and workflow. ServiceTitan has a partner marketplace, but that does not establish a ready-made SalesOS integration. Before using both, verify access, data handoffs, calendar ownership, and which system triggers follow-up when a quote or job changes.
Is SalesOS cheaper than ServiceTitan?
We cannot make that claim without comparing your actual scope. ServiceTitan uses custom per-technician pricing, with implementation and additional products defined in the proposal. SalesOS is $3,000 setup plus $300/month, with metered usage extra. The products cover different operational needs, so the subscription amounts alone are not equivalent quotes.
What should I ask both teams to show on a demo?
Use one real inquiry from your business. Ask to see call answering, booking, an estimate follow-up, and a completed-job review request. For ServiceTitan, also walk through the dispatch and technician steps your team depends on. Confirm the plan, setup work, human responsibilities, and usage charges for every step.
