1. Our Commitment

SalesOS LLC is committed to making salesos.co usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

2. Conformance Status

salesos.co is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. We are actively remediating known issues.

3. Measures We Take

• We include accessibility as a requirement when we design and build new pages
• We use semantic HTML, labeled form controls, and keyboard-operable components
• We run automated accessibility checks and manual keyboard testing on key pages
• We review color contrast against WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds

4. Known Limitations

Some third-party embedded content, including scheduling widgets and chat, is provided by outside vendors and may not fully conform. Some video content may not yet have captions or transcripts. We are addressing these and will update this statement as fixes ship.

Our main overview video carries English closed captions, which can be turned on with the CC control in the player. A full text transcript of that video is also available. If you need a transcript or an alternate format for any other video, contact us using the details in Section 6 and we will provide one.

5. Compatibility

salesos.co is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, and with screen readers including VoiceOver and NVDA. It may not work well with browser versions more than two major releases old.

7. Assessment Approach

SalesOS assessed the accessibility of salesos.co by self-evaluation, combining automated tooling with manual keyboard and screen reader testing.
