How SalesOS fits your landscaping business.
Yes, through your configured estimate calendar. A homeowner can choose from the availability your business supplies. The appointment is for discussing and assessing the project; your team determines the design, scope, price, and any work dates.
No. Your team assesses the site and makes planting, layout, and material recommendations. AI uses approved business information to answer routine questions about your services and estimate process. It does not assess soil, growing conditions, drainage, or plant suitability.
Estimate booking does not cover recurring lawn-care schedules, crew routes, or service visits. Your team manages those through its existing process. We review how project inquiries and maintenance questions should be handed to people during setup.
Configured follow-up can invite questions about a recorded estimate. Changes to planting, materials, project phases, or budget go to your team, which revises the scope and price as needed. SalesOS does not redesign the project or automatically reprice the work.
No. An estimate appointment gives your team a chance to understand the property and the requested work. Your business arranges installation separately, considering the agreed scope, materials, crew capacity, and conditions on site.
Bring your current tools, website, and phone setup to the setup call. We review the inquiry and estimate handoffs and check compatibility for your business. Connections, data movement, and whether existing tools can work together must be verified; no universal integration is promised.
After your team confirms completion, configured workflows can send eligible review requests and referral invitations. Your team follows up personally on introductions and approves audiences and messages for past-customer outreach. Slow-season campaigns are team-launched. Outreach does not automatically book a future project or recurring maintenance.
